2. Account Requirements

4.2 Pro Tier

Pro subscriptions are available on monthly ($15.99/month) or yearly ($100/year) basis and include:

• All Free tier features
• Daily or weekly email alerts
• Custom threshold alerts
• Priority email support

4.3 Payment and Renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the then-current rate. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer:

• 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual plans after the guarantee period

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or alert delivery failures.

5.4 Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers for Bitcoin price data, blockchain information, and other services. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our service or resources
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Margin Watch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
